Kyle Coleman is the backbone of Shadow Works Detailing. Kyle’s interest in detailing itself began while he was in high school, detailing his relatives cars out of the trunk of his BMW. Finding himself at a crossroads in life in 2022, Kyle began detailing full-time. With a little advice from his family, and whole lot of dedication, a dream was born. A dream to build the van you see him in now. A dream to open a shop for on-site appointments. A dream to support the life he cherishes, and the family he wants to create.
In late 2022, the van came to life, allowing Shadow Works to provide our own power and water. Kyle has installed a professional RO/DI filtration system that aids in efficiency, as well as overall quality of the detail.
Our water filtering process begins with a pre-filtration stage, removing particles from water that could damage filters in subsequent stages. Step two is reverse osmosis (RO), where the water forcefully passes through a semi-permeable membrane. Any rejected particles are separated, and the water now contains no more than 5% of contaminants. The final step is deionization (DI). Our water runs through positively and negatively charged resin beads, where the molecules reconstruct themselves into pure Hâ‚‚O.
